Our Guest Services building is open and may have limited capacity
We have enhanced our sanitization protocols and will be limiting tour numbers in order to accommodate appropriate social distancing and capacity requirements. As such, pre-booked tours are required.
Failure to Abide:
If any of these protocols are not followed during the tour, your Heritage Interpreter will ask you to leave, and you will not be refunded.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy:
If you show symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours of your trip, our regular cancellation policy may not apply. We want to encourage you to keep yourself, us, and everyone else safe. Please contact us directly via phone or email prior to your tour and we will work with you to modify your tour booking accordingly. If you do not contact us directly, we will be unable to provide a refund for you. Cancellations not due to COVID-19 symptoms are subject to the regular cancellation policy posted on our website.
