All Admission prices include 5% GST (101214716RT0001). Bellevue Underground Mine is located at 2531 213 St., Bellevue, AB T0K 0C0.

 

Use the link in your tour confirmation email to access your reservation and make desired changes. Do you have questions or need further help? Send us an email (bellevuemine@shaw.ca). Please allow 24 hours for a response.

 

The following terms and conditions apply:

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour for check-in and to sign all appropriate waiver forms for all guests. If you arrive late there is no guarantee you will be accommodated on the tour.

  • Individuals under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an Adult. For large group bookings a ratio of 1:6 Adult to Youth (under 14) is required.

  • Changes/Refunds/Cancellations can only be made up to 24 hours before your arrival time, including change of date, name, and number of tickets. If you are late, miss your entry time or cancel within 24 hours of your visit no refunds will be offered.

  • In addition, we reserve the right to refuse service AND refunds, for reasons including but not limited to:

    • Inability to complete the activities once they have commenced.

    • Arriving with fewer guests than the number of tour spots reserved.

    • No shows or late arrivals for your scheduled tour/rental departure time.

    • Inappropriate personal conduct or verbal abuse directed at our crew or other passengers.

    • Arriving for your adventure under the influence of substances.

  • Bellevue Underground Mine reserves the right to cancel tours due to unexpected and unavoidable circumstances. Should your visit be cancelled, you will be notified by email and any fees will be refunded.

  • Bellevue Underground Mine reserve the right to cancel or change tour hours of operation due to capacity issues or requirements from Alberta Health Services as per COVID-19 protocols. Should your visit be cancelled, you will be notified by email and any fees will be refunded.

  • Limitation of Liability: any public space where people come together, like Bellevue Underground Mine, produces a risk of exposure to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Help keep each other healthy by following health and safety guidelines, maintaining social distancing, and wearing a mask or face covering during your visit.

  • Bellevue Underground Mine reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, including the price of admission and the introduction of fees or penalties.
