The Bellevue Underground Mine is closed for the season September 7th!
The Bellevue Underground Mine tour will take you 1,000 feet into the mine, where you will be 150 feet below the surface. Explore the mine's inner-workings while you learn about the rich history of one of Canada's underground coal mines.
Each participant in the tour will be equipped with a miner’s helmet and lamp while being guided by a Heritage Interpreter. The tour will last roughly 1 hour. Our experienced Heritage Interpreters will bring you back in time to explore the Crowsnest Pass’ rich underground mining history.
