Have fun, but avoid loud or unruly behaviour. Verbally or physically abusive visitors will asked to leave. Refunds will not be given.

 

Only tours are allowed in the tunnel.

 

All guests must stay the tour areas; those who fail to comply will be immediately removed from the tour. Refunds will not be given.

 

Smoking vaping are permitted outside only. Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed in or around the tunnel.

 

Dress warmly. It's cold inside. Closed-toed shoes are advised.

 

Food and drinks are allowed in the tour building and on-site, but we request that you do not eat within the tunnel.

 

Feel free to take photos on the tour. We ask that you respect other visitors, and we request that you do film during the tour. All filming requests require prior permission from Heritage Crowsnest.

 

Do not park in the fire lane.

 

Children under 16 years of age must be by an adult throughout the tour.
